Stabilised Spalted Beech and Ebony Pin with Silver Dot Inlay.
This unique pin is created from the offcuts of the Sgian Dubh making process in my workshop. The piece has a simple badge pin attachment (see image). Sanded edges and a polished finish create a smooth texture. The piece is lightweight and versatile, pairing well with a kilt and your everyday wear.
The Spalted Beech and Ebony are sourced and stabilised by Blockworks UK. The Spalted Beech is a UK native piece. The silver is recycled and soured from Cooksongold based in Birmingham.
