Bog Oak Silver Inlay Pin

Stabilised Bog Oak Pin with Silver Pattern Inlays.

This unique pin was created from the offcuts of the Sgian Dubh making process in my workshop. The piece has a simple pin and catch affixed to the back. Sanded edges and a polished finish create a smooth texture and the silver catches the light as it moves. The piece is lightweight and versatile, pairing well with a kilt and your everyday wear. 

The Bog Oak is a 5600 year old UK native piece sourced and stabilised by Blockworks UK. The silver is recycled and sourced from Cooksongold, based in Birmingham.
